What is SRBF?

Seychelles Russian Business Forum will take place for the second time.

During the Forum participants will get full idea about investment climate and possibilities to start and develop business in Seychelles. They will also get acquainted with the nature and cultural traditions of the islands.

Official languages of the Forum are Russian and English. There will be no simultaneous translation into other languages provided.


Dress-Code: business attire or business casual.



Who are the Organizers of the Forum?

SRBF is organized under initiative and support of the Government of the Republic of Seychelles.

The organizer of the SRBF 2015 is Seychelles Investment Board (SIB) in the framework of the Project Seychelles in Russian

The Project Seychelles in Russian was launched in 2013 by initiative of SIB. The CEO of the project and the coordinator of SRBF 2015 is Mrs. Victoria Contoret, the Official Investment and Trade Representative of the Republic of Seychelles in Russia and CIS countries.

How can I participate in the SRBF 2015?

The number of participant is limited. This will provide the possibility of individual approach to each participant. There are three packages offered: Delegate Package / Partner Package / Sponsor Package.

Delegate package, what is it?

Delegate Package of SRBF 2015 guarantees participation in all the events of the forum.

The Delegate Package includes:

  • accreditation of Seychelles Russian Business Forum 2015 Delegate (personal badge, Delegate Folder with a set of handouts, adding the Delegate to the SRBF 2015 database);
  • participation in the business program of the Forum;
  • participation in the cultural program of the Forum;
  • providing the Delegate with information about the status of preparations to the Forum by constantly updating SRBF 2015 official web site;
  • adding the information about the Delegate to the Forum Catalogue (enrollment shall be completed before 01.10.2015);
  • placing information about Delegate from the registration form in the "List of SRBF 2015 Delegates" from the official web site;
  • organizing SRBF 2015 advertising campaign in Seychelles and foreign mass-media and in the Internet;
  • providing simultaneous interpretation services;
  • ensuring participation in SRBF 2015 of Seychelles and foreign companies;
  • providing airport transfer services to SRBF 2015 Delegates on the highest level;
  • providing the Delegates with transfer services during the Forum between planned locations;
  • guaranteed participation in official events and networking breaks according to the program of the Forum;
  • organizing business communication between all parties;
  • organizing cultural events;
  • special prices for accommodation in SRBF 2015 partner hotels.

Food and beverages.

Coffee-breaks, dinner, gala dinner, cocktail, barbeque during the sea trip are included in the package.


IF A DELEGATE CANNOT TAKE PART DUE TO SOME PERSONAL REASONS, WILL THE REPLACEMENT BY ANOTHER REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPANY BE POSSIBLE?

What is needed to receive your badge and information materials?

Badge can be received at the registration counter before the beginning of the Forum.

You are highly recommended to wear your badge during the official event.


The participants are also recommended to have enough business cards (at least 50-100) for successful networking.


Badge cannot be received in case of non registration.


During the registration all the Delegates will receive the carrier bags with the information materials.


WHAT WILL BE THE FORMAT OF THE SECOND DAY OF THE FORUM?

The second day of the Forum will be subdivided into group meetings.

Each of the Delegate chooses one or few group meeting as per his/her interests.

The list can be amended as per the requests of the participants of the Forum till 01.10.2015.


Each Delegate will be offered to make their choice before the beginning of the Forum in accordance to which an individual program will be formed. The program will contain the picking up point and time for the Delegate to go to the meeting venue. Comfortable air-conditioned cars will be provided for the transfers.

How can I book a hotel?

SBRF offers possibility to book your accommodation in the partner hotels of the Forum.

When shall I book the Hotel?

We recommend to book your hotel in advance as the beginning of October is considered as a high season in the Seychelles.


How can I pay my Accommodation?

The hotels confirm the booking only with 100% advance payment. You can pay for the hotel based on the invoice, by bank transfer or by credit card.


WHAT TYPE OF TRANSPORT WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE DELEGATES OF THE FORUM?


Comfortable air-conditioned cars will be provided for all the Delegates.


The following transfer services will be provided to the Delegates of the Forum:


  • meeting of the Delegates at Mahe International Seychelles Airport on 8th and 9th of October 2015. The schedule of the transfers is arranged in accordance with the flight schedule.
  • During the Forum transfer from certain meeting points to the venue of the Forum and from the venue to certain points according to the program of the Forum.

(SEZ) Seychelles International Airport has direct connection with the key airports of Europe.

A short term visa to stay up to 90 days on Seychelles will be provided in Mahe International Airport upon your arrival. Fees are not charged.


VIP meeting of the Delegates of the Forum will be provided at the airport.


Comfortable air-conditioned cars will be provided for the transfer from the airport to the hotels.

For all categories of participants the Package doesn't include accommodation and air fare.
